All uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted after 2 hours to protect your privacy. We do not require account registration, and we do not store your files permanently.
We reserve the right to improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue our services (in part or full) at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Love U Convert. By using the site, you represent that:

- Files are automatically deleted after 2 hours of processing.
- We do not view, analyze, or access your file contents.
- We do not keep manual logs of file names, metadata, or contents.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure your files remain private and secure during processing, but you acknowledge that no online system is entirely immune from risk.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
(a) User Files
You retain full ownership of all files, data, and materials you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process and convert those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
This license terminates automatically once your files are deleted from our servers (within 2 hours).
(b) Website Content
All other content on the Love U Convert website — including design, layout, software, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Love U Convert or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the website without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Love U Convert service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

- Accuracy or reliability of converted outputs
You acknowledge that all use of the service is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for:

- Data loss
- Conversion errors
- Service downtime caused by technical maintenance or third-party failures
We strive to maintain uptime and quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability

These providers adhere to strict security and compliance standards, ensuring your files remain protected during processing.
(b) Google Ads
Our website displays Google Ads to generate revenue. These ads are managed by Google AdSense under Google's privacy and advertising policies. We do not sell, rent, or share any user data for advertising purposes.

10. Rate Limiting & Fair Use
To maintain system stability, Love U Convert enforces fair-use limits:
- Each IP address is limited to 2 GB total file conversion per 24 hours.
- Excessive or automated requests may trigger temporary access restrictions.
- Repeated abuse may lead to permanent IP bans.
